I started in the field, working my way through warehouse, logistics, and event operations. Over the years, I found my strength in managing the moving pieces behind large-scale events — from people and equipment to transportation, budgets, and site logistics.

After years of building that experience, I decided to take what I’ve learned and build something of my own.
